To facilitate this niche, PFA offered competitive Commercial, Construction and Non Conforming Mortgage Products to an area of the industry where the major banks were failing to participate.

Initially founding it’s head office in Sydney, PFA quickly cemented relationships with key Aggregator Groups, major Banks, Mortgage Trusts and Boutique Funders which has seen it’s services extend to all core eastern seaboard cities.

Today, PFA operates offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane and by expanding its product offerings to Corporate Finance and the International Finance Sector, PFA is well regarded by Aggregators, Funders and Financial Institutions alike as the recommended choice for third party referrals.

PFA holds an Australian Credit Licence No: 390211 and is a member of the Finance Brokers Association of Australia (FBAA), Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) as well as the Australian Private Equity & Venture Capital Association Limited (AVCAL) and is backed by a diverse team of experts encompassing two decades of financial and monetary experience, who are committed to providing best practice principles and the highest possible service both domestically and internationally.
