• Tony has over 20 years experience in the Finance and Real Estate industries within Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia.
• Tony’s focus is to ensure PFA continues to support a broad range of clients from the local home buyer through to the developer, corporate and institutional client.
• Specialising in commercial, construction and non-traditional debt markets, Tony is responsible for all operational aspects of loan origination and financial accommodation.
• Since 1998, Tony has consulted with many international building and development companies where he was advising on planning, co-ordination and development of the companies strategies as well as overseeing the management of their credit and market risk exposures and all aspects of their financial operations. Prior to forming PFA, Tony gained valuable experience in the property market in the ACT initially as Marketing & Sales Manager for new home sales and land subdivisions, and then as General Manager, overseeing land developments, marketing, sales and pricing, budget preparations, management information systems and was responsible for the development and the implementation of real estate training programs. 

 

Dale Blackadder                 Commercial Manager

• Dale has over 28 years experience in the Banking, Finance and Funds Management Industries in both NSW and Qld.
• Over the last 15 years Dale has managed and been actively involved in the Commercial, Business and Construction areas of finance.
• During Dale’s career in finance he has secured strong relationships with other finance providers and lending institutions together with a strong and diverse referral base from Australian wide Intermediatories, clients and property focused professionals.
• Dale has held positions of General Manager Finance, Director Finance and Head of Structured Finance for several Australian Funds Management companies prior to joining PFA.
• Dale is based in Brisbane QLD and joined PFA in 2008, as National Commercial Manager. 

   

Mark Tillman                      Corporate Finance Manager

 

Profile

• Mark has over 15 years experience as a corporate sales executive and relationship manager in both the Melbourne and US Finance arena.
• Mark’s focus during this period was client development, “go to market strategy”, and effective and efficient product delivery.
• During this period, Mark established a strong referral pipeline with builders, land investors, brokers and introducers, real estate agents and developers.
• Mark also managed a mature lending portfolio with ongoing cash flow assessment (hold assets comprising mainly retail shopping complex facilities).
• Recently, Mark was responsible for the management of a Victorian-based portfolio of high profile developers/investors with individual exposures between $10.0m to $75.0m.
• Mark has experience in the formation and implementation of workout and exit strategies for impaired or deteriorating facility positions.
• Mark is based in Melbourne VIC and started with PFA in March 2010 as the Sales and Marketing Manager.
  
  

Rick Stanford                  Residential Finance Manager

Profile

• Rick has a long and varied background in corporate Management and IT import and distribution before joining the Finance industry around 15 years ago.
• Since joining the industry he has held the position of Finance Manager of a medium sized brokerage until starting his own brokerage 12 years ago.
• During his time as a broker he has encountered many diversified scenarios and has gained immeasurable experience making him well qualified to assist our residential and commercial clients.
• Rick has also worked as a consultant to Mortgage Managers and Aggregators giving him a solid insight into the requirements of both lenders and clients.
• Rick is based in Sydney NSW and started with PFA in May 2011.
