PFA has identified that the commercial lending market is both under serviced competently and that it represents a long term, secure financial income generation business for introducing Brokers / Referrers.
Currently, the commercial origination business is under serviced due to the lack of qualified entities within the market, and that the majority of all Brokers and Aggregators within the finance marketplace concentrate on the residential mortgage aspect of their business as their primary business charter.
Facilities available are up to 80% LVR
Commercial Credit Impaired loans are also available upon request.
Loan amounts start from $100k to $50Million. Higher loan amounts are available upon application.
